The biggest challenges were lack of clear direction and leadership that never seemed aligned on goals or priorities. Decisions frequently changed week-to-week, and there was little strategy communicated to the team — which caused frustration and confusion at all levels. Turnover is extremely high, and it was common to see colleagues leave suddenly or be replaced quickly. Instead of investing in training and growth for permanent employees, the company consistently hired contractors who were underqualified for the work they were expected to do. This just shifted the burden onto the existing team to correct errors, slow down processes, or pick up the slack.
