Pros
They have a labor union to protect your rights and the hours along with pay are decent if you are working in the right department.
Cons
Conflicting orders were given by the Department and Store Managers that are more than likely going to get you fired or cause a heart attack. The management rather mock you than allow you to do your job or take you seriously enough. They also short staff your department thus not allowing you to get your mandatory breaks that are required by law. They just don't listen and do as they please.
