      -Good Work-life balance -very friendly people and good atmosphere at work

      Cons

      -if you are looking for a traditional engineering job (designing, using the material that you learn in your engineering classes) don't bother applying. I would not consider this a technical job, more of a people/project management position

      strange work enviroment and sometimes unqualified people are put in positions to work on things they shouldnt.

      Pros

      Great location, parking available for cheap. A lot of great staff and team members. Benefits are great, and flexible schedule

      Cons

      . A lot of dysfunction between different groups. Not cohesive. Many leaders lack personal skills, instead they are hired for their technical abilities but are lacking in people development. If you have goals and dreams, this is where you go to die. They want yes men, not big thinkers.
