Pros
Great PTO & benefits. Work can be enjoyable and satisfying knowing your work is directly impacting Alberta/North America's economy by keeping beverage containers out of landfills and ensuring they are repurposed and/or recycled.
Cons
Zero culture and extremely high employee turnover rate. Corporate employees are overworked and underpaid cultivating a "not my job" attitude and toxic work environment. There is a prevalent divide between union and corporate employees, which causes friction between the two groups.
