Developed skills in inter-cultural communication and management of people through adversity.

Cons

Behind the industry in a number of areas. Employee benefits are not comparable for companies with a global footprint. Responses to issues are always lagging behind rather than prevented. Issues raised are often avoided and subverted by the mentioning of "Values" when the criticism was initiated with the company not abiding by the values in the first place. The company environment does not want to make you speak up, there is no privacy within the company with a lot of personal and confidential information shared in private with departments leaking throughout the business (Lack of "integrity"). The only time employees are comfortable to speak up is anonymously on platforms such as this, think about why this is the case.

Thank you for your honest feedback. As the new Head of HR my focus will be on looking after our employees and improving our Employee Value Proposition. I can only notice that there are many long serving employees here, and all started at the bottom levels of the organisation - where the challenges of project delivery, client satisfaction and tight deadlines are testing teams and individuals in this competitive landscape. Pros

The close knit team aspect was what kept me staying at this company for as long as I did.

Cons

Upper management did not care about their employees, or listen to any of their concerns. Without our team, there would be no business. There were absolutely no incentives to motivate employees. We were often overworked, extremely underpaid, and ignored when we asked numerous times to hire new employees to help with the workload. The company was very cheap. Most of the team left one after the other, and most of the work is now outsourced to avoid hiring new people. I recommend you stay away from this company.

We are surprised to read some of your comments - our CEO, Global VP and Head of HR have travelled to New York specifically to spend time with the team and hear you out. We awarded promotions and increments to your team. We did hire new full-time team members and independent contractors. We try our best to ensure our compensation and benefits strategy is in line with local benchmarks. Our team members in the US enjoy medical and dental insurance, annual pay review and a generous bonus scheme, amongst other benefits.
