Pros

good coffee, pretty building, cold soda

Cons

The working environment is awful. Not enough parking, when it snowed it was poorly plowed. Church pews serve as call center rows attached to phones that require telemarketers to stand up and click their fingers so they can move to the next seat and take another call. Think of musical chairs and you get the picture. They pay you for "talk time" but when you spend the entire shift getting up and sitting in multiple seats how do you think that works out for your pay accuracy? The job entailed calling residents to convince them into switching a service. I wish I had never worked there. Truly a life regret.

Pros

Professional work environment. Top sales people can make lots of money. In business since 1991.

Cons

Energy is a must. If you don't have the energy or if you can't commit to GREAT ATTENDANCE, you won't make it.

Pros

Very relaxed work environment. Lauren (HR Lady) was amazing, on top everything. Flexibility. They were very lax; it was a direct you get what you put in type of work environment. The "cold calling" is kind of cold calling...we were already calling our target market.

Cons

Management inconsistencies were the BIGGEST issue I had while I was employed. (its why I left) One of the supervisors was probably the most perfect manager I have ever experienced. The other guy was a power trip; he acted entitled even put himself on a higher pedestal than the manager I worked with before. The VOX software is extremely outdated, lots of errors. Pay algorithm is very cheap. Incentives are pushed to the utmost extreme...even T shirts. It feels like musical chairs, or like a game. If you aren't management, don't expect to be heard.
