Pros

One of the greatest things about Albacall is the team working environment and its focus on achieving results collectively as a team. The management is very supportive and they constantly brainstorm ideas with you on how to improve things. They do appreciate honesty and hard work and they tend to make their decisions on a meritocratic basis. One of the greatest things about Albacall is that they guide you on how to become a better leader and constantly invest on you in trainings that enhance the importance of working as a team and focus on the improvement of the skills that are crucial to be a successful leader and a better person. It's also a great opportunity for students due to their flexible working hours giving the chance to everyone to choose between part-time and full-time contracts.

Cons

There are no seats for Team Leaders and they're supposed to do all the work standing which can be painful; especially if you're working long hours, which can happen very frequently since Albacall is heavily understaffed, which in some instances causes a domino effect by putting more pressure than necessary on the phone representatives who are in the front line and are not necessarily prepared or trained properly to deal with these kinds of situations.

Pros

There aren't any pros to this company.

Cons

- Low salaries (around 350 USD base wage for newcomers and around 600 USD base wage for more experienced ones). - Poor work-life balance as they can call you in for work anytime. - 6 times a week work, extra work hours are extremely common and you might work 50 - 60 hours a week with very little compensation. - HR team is uncooperative and incapable at their job. - They do not even give a full base salary, more than 30% of the base salary is given as "BONUS", which they can and have taken it out when they feel like it. - Work conditions are bad especially with the aircon, it breaks really often, and you have to work while sweating or while freezing. - No chance to grow as a professional in any field. You'd be better working as a waiter than working for them. - The Italian managers and staff, in general, are a bit rude to the Albanian employees. - They often do not keep promises about the bonuses.
