During my 5+ years at Alation, I had the pleasure of working with some of the most caring, genuine and thoughtful people, across all departments and varying levels of seniority. I felt lucky to be surrounded by so many that wanted to offer their support/guidance, while also doing their best to learn from others. Alation’s culture & values are ones I hope to maintain throughout my career.
Cons
As I imagine is the case for many teams and companies, priorities/goals seemed to change a lot of the time.
