Pros

Everyone outside of leadership are genuinely good and passionate people who love to collaborate

Cons

- They've gone through 3 large layoffs in the past 2 years - The majority of Leadership has no prior experience in their roles and it shows. They're completely misaligned and uncoordinated - The company is completely inhuman toward employees for the sake of profit, but they are not profitable. This causes a spiral of frustration and knee-jerk decision making - Their product development is in shambles. They don't have a clear vision and competitors are quickly flying past Alation - If Alation manages to survive the next few years, it's going to be at the expense of its employees
