      Pros

      a small minority of exec team members are very caring and i believe do have your best interested at heart.

      Cons

      Egotistical CTO/CEO/SVP Prod, They don't really care about their customers. Its like pulling teeth trying to get them to understand a customers challenges. Sales sells make believe products that aren't even available yet. Lots of ego's at play. Feels like watching a comedy.
