      Full-time hours, in-house cultivation, great team!

      Cons

      Paychecks in cash due to federal regulations. Direct deposit would be nice, but isn't a big deal.

      There is a rather basic set of responsibilities.

      Cons

      The place could be made nicer with minimal investment but it seems like they are fine staying small. I don't get it.
