      Beautiful views, great stories to tell people (eye roll) made a bunch of money but not sure it was worth it

      Cons

      Super unorganized, unsafe (checking for crevasse which definitely happen on a glacier obviously does not happen. I’m surprised no one has gotten seriously hurt or died yet)

      Weather can sometimes cause logistics disruption due to helicopters being grounded.

      Beautiful views, new friends, free meals

      Cons

      You sleep in a tent, the first pay can be delayed as they wait to get paid, find out about who will be managing on the glacier you are on, it matters.
