As we grow, there are growing pains. The work moves fast, but we’re slowly adding staff and building capacity. Overall, the pros outweigh the cons—I feel like we are having impact and the work matters.

Organization benefits thousands of nonprofits across the state doing great work.

Long hours, no accountability amongst leadership, HR is helpful to a point but ultimately cannot get solutions because of CEO, and there is no clear vision on what the community foundation should be doing to support the community.
