      Good starting salary, relaxed environment.

      Cons

      Low raises, too far from Istanbul (you lose 2 hours drive at traffic if you don't leave in Gebze), dress code is unnecessarily strict, low career opportunities.

      Pros

      I was intern at Alarko Holding. I conducted marketing analysis & researches and prepared benchmark and industry knowledge reports for the holding companies on different sectors and presented to upper management team. It was a great experience for my future career.

      Cons

      There are a lot of sectors correlated with Alarko Holding. It was a litte bit tired to secure and control all the datas.

      Time to time project managers getting finance difficulties. Especially during your progress payment delays it is really difficult owe the finance from the company.

      Having finance when you in difficulty as Project Manager.
