Salary, which used to be on the highest side, though not there any more is still higher Not much work; everything is pretty disorganized so it's all happy-go-lucky Partly flexible working hours (45 hours a week with 6 hour core hours per day)
Cons
Employee unfriendly, or rather employee hostile, HR policies: 1. 2-3 months non-negotiable notice period 2. Refundable annual incentive/bonus for a period of 90 days from credit essentially increasing notice period to 5-6 months! It's the number of years you put in and not your performance that counts Management wants you to suck up to them; no harm when you don't but then no benefits either
