Entry-level job offers for recent graduates. Overtime offered at $21-25 an hour. Company pays for Coordinator certification after 2 years of research experience. Good experience for aspiring research professionals. One hour lunches, however unpaid.

The downside of this company offering entry-level employment is that there is no training offered. Everything is do-it-yourself. There is a LOT of work to do and familiarize yourself with. You will train yourself, which is difficult when asking experienced co-workers for guidance because you'll get different answers from everyone. Some mentor's are helpful, most are not. If you're given a task and a manager is to review it afterwards, any errors in the work or submissions even after review from a superior will be your fault. Some administrators will not take responsibility in their own errors when giving directions to staff. All staff use a shared drive and all non-administrating employees share one printer, which leads to major network slowdown and crashes, and there is a LOT of paperwork to be done. Rest assured you will have a computer-related problem at least 1-3 times a day. Overtime is offered and advertised to those seeking employment, however you will frequently be told during meetings that there should be no need for overtime. Some administrators are extremely rude. The company also seems to be taking on more research studies than can be managed with the accuracy and attention needed. Entry pay is at about the same level as every other business or firm in the Alamo City. There is little space to move around, the office is cramped, you will be bumping into people at least 8 hours a day. Who knows what the deal is with the air conditioning.

Learning experience to help sick patients

Unprofessional staff from the top to the bottom, terrible work environment, extreme mandatory overtime, patients are often disturbed by the terrible and inappropriate conversations they hear the staff having right in front of them, staff inappropriately touching one another, lot of cursing.
