      Team is often mission oriented and dedicated. Very diligent and conscientious providers

      Cons

      You cannot rely on the system for patient safety. In fact there is no system. Everything falls on the individual responsibility of the care team members - the hospital takes advantage of bleeding heart dedicated doctors.
