I have worked in different departments and at 2 locations. I do not recommend working at John George unless its only to get your foot in the door. Highland is wonderful. I love the clinics and ED over here and have great supervisors. They work with you. AHS offers excellent benefits, kaiser, blue cross ppo (100% coverage in network!) dental ppo step up coverage covers $2000 for braces, vision coverage and youre full time you get pension acera. Part time doesnt get pension. Also reimbursements for schooling in medical field and its union here. Love it here! You can also transfer after hitting 6 months.
Cons
Working at john george was a nightmare experience for me. Not because of patients but because of coworkers who will try to get you fired. Stick with highland. Complete opposite experience.
