I truly enjoy working here because teamwork is such a big part of the culture—everyone is supportive and willing to help each other succeed. The positive environment makes it easy to feel motivated and valued every day. Our CEO is approachable and understanding, which makes a huge difference in feeling heard and respected. The company also sets clear and appropriate standards, giving me direction while allowing room for growth. Overall, this is a place where I feel proud to contribute and be part of the team.

One small challenge is that the company occasionally requires emergent after-hours work, but these situations are very rare and only happen in extreme cases. The positive side is that management is upfront about it and always ensures employees are fairly compensated for the extra time. Overall, the balance makes it easy to appreciate the company’s respect for both work and personal life.

The one positive aspect of my time at this company is that I gained valuable experience that helped me develop professionally and ultimately secure a better job elsewhere. The skills I acquired and the challenges I faced prepared me to thrive in a healthier work environment, where my contributions are genuinely recognized and appreciated.

My experience with this company was incredibly disappointing due to the toxic leadership style of the CEO. He is narcissistic and manipulative, frequently making promises to employees that he has no intention of keeping. While claiming the company couldn’t afford raises, he regularly treated himself to new personal luxuries like a new truck and phone. During the COVID-19 pandemic, he cut employee pay under the guise of financial hardship, yet there was no indication that he made any personal financial sacrifices. Favoritism runs rampant, with certain employees receiving special treatment and benefits while others are unfairly left out. I was promised a promotion based on specific criteria, and after meeting every requirement, the promise was conveniently forgotten. This pattern of dishonesty and preferential treatment creates a demoralizing work environment where hard work and dedication are rarely recognized or rewarded. If you value transparency, fairness, and professional growth, I strongly advise looking elsewhere.
