      Pros

      I came to Alaffia Health because I wanted to work from home and to gain experience working in a high-growth start up. The employer sponsored health plan was also a huge factor to joining the organization. The work life balance is there and the flexibility makes it easy if I need to take care of my son if I need to during work hours. The leadership team is extremely approachable and available for questions or suggestions. Its a very mission driven team and its nice to work for an organization that wants to make a difference in healthcare. There are just a lot of knowledgeable people who are always looking to learn and make an impact.

      Cons

      If you are looking for a hybrid or an in office position this probably isn't for you.

      Pros

      One of the biggest reasons I came to this startup is my belief in what they are building. They have the insight and roadmap that will literally shake the way claims and records are reviewed. I am so excited to be apart of building what Alaffia is focussed on. Since its a start up, you get direct access to the founders and executive leadership of the company, teams are small so there's a ton of collaboration and you get to learn new skills by wearing multiple hats, and the opportunities for growth or endless.

      Cons

      Work hard, play hard! Everyone works tremendously hard here but this provides the ability to expand your skill set.
