Pros
People are friendly, good work life balance , also there will be lot of opportunity to learn , if you have the intent and show in performance .There will be some real free time/ fun during indian festivals .There is R&D team where u get to work with very decent people and if are in other teams refer to cons.
Cons
There are lot of them:(Applicable for most people and this is my opinion) 1)I felt Alacriti is one of the companies which want to extract the most out of the people by paying as much less as possible, there are some real good opportunities in terms of work but they dont give much value for your interests and force u into the projects they want. 2)People dont know much about outside world , if you are person with good outside interests then you are lost with Alacriti Family loop and there is a good possibility for u to have no persons to make a decent conversation . 3)Overall attitude of an average engineer I found is average in terms of professionalism 4)They give good hikes to people with low pay scale , and couple of years later expects you to jump out of company as they want to get the same work done for less amount.Politics came into play in recent times
