      Pros

      Everyone was lovely and made me feel like a full-time member straight away. The projects were diverse and interesting and someone was always on hand to help out if needed. A nice bunch of people and a great introduction to the sector.

      Cons

      Not many - the internship could possible have had a bit more structure with a slightly more formal feedback process.

      Pros

      Good standards of investigative work, creative, productive atmosphere, good variety of cases.

      Cons

      No room for growth, heavily dominated from the top. Some toxicity amongst senior members of staff. Pay is low.
