We are truly sorry to hear that the experience did not meet the expectations of this former employee. Our Islamabad office has been part of the community since 1998, and over the years, we’ve had the privilege of hiring and working with more than 1,500 individuals. We take great pride in the positive relationships we've built with our team members, with an average employee staying with us for 3-6 years—on par with industry norms in Islamabad's IT export sector—most of them continue to stay in touch even after their time with us. This commitment to longevity and mutual respect is reflected in our senior leadership, which has been with the company for 15-25 years, further showcasing the strong relationships we've built over time. As an organization, we are committed to transparency and fairness. We always ensure that all of our employees receive a written employment agreement that clearly outlines the expectations, responsibilities, and terms of their employment from the outset. This includes a 3-month probationary period, which serves as an opportunity for both the employee and the company to assess fit and performance. During this period, either party may choose to end the employment without notice, and we make sure to pay the full salary up until the last working day. We are proud to say that approximately 90% of our employees successfully complete the probationary period. However, like any organization, there are times when certain individuals may not meet the required skill levels. This is a natural part of any recruitment process. In the case of this particular employee, we identified areas for improvement during the interview process and made it clear that some technical skills would need further development. The company invested two months in providing full-time training, with additional oversight from our Director of Engineering. Despite these efforts, the employee was unable to meet the technical standards required for the role. Two weeks before the termination, we formally communicated the situation to the employee in writing and outlined the challenges he was facing. We deeply regret that this individual’s experience did not work out as we had hoped. Up until his last day, he expressed enthusiasm for continuing with the company, and we genuinely wished for a long-term working relationship. However, when it became clear that the required technical proficiency was not met, we made the difficult decision to part ways. We remain committed to supporting our employees, and we always strive to ensure that the learning process and development opportunities are in place to help every individual succeed.
