Pros

Most office workers can have bit of flexibility working remotely. Expectation is to be in the office 4 days of the week, but if something comes up and you need to work from home, it’s not a big deal. Finally, some benefits for the actual employees!

Cons

Extremely corporate and self aware as a company. Probably not as many “good ol boy” promotions as there were in recent years; but now apparently, engineers are the only people who can become supervisors, project leaders, and be granted other opportunities. Several people with Geology/Geography/Business Administration/Computer Science/Marketing degrees and holding well over 10 years with the company can’t even get considered for jobs the are heavily involved in those fields because a Chemical Engineer is apparently a more valuable hire to the company when performing the work of a Business Administration role in HR.
