      Pros

      Good benefits (kids schooling, low rate loans) if you are a hard worker you will shine fast.

      Cons

      The bank is very centralized and the management micro-manage which makes it difficult to impact change when having little authority

      Pros

      It is a great place to work and grow up in the company. Almost a good experience there.

      Cons

      I believe the bonus, annual increases salary could be at minimum level compare to what I achieve!

      It is easy to transfer from branch to branch and they provide very good health insurance

      Cons

      this bank is all about connections. it is hard to get promoted. very low salary comparing to other banks.
