      Salary on time, colleagues are good.

      Cons

      Each and everything! The company is concentrating more on meetings than actual work. They have hired useless managers from India who are good at nothing. Increments are bare minimal.

      The management occasionally hired externally as opposed to promoting from within, Hard to move up the Corporate Ladder.
