Pros
Very decent company with superb brands, good rewards and working conditions, great people who are very professional and smart. Fast moving and great with customers
Cons
Company has been moving to globalised structure over the past couple of years. This is very good in theory but the trick is to implement it. Perhaps this has been taking attention away from the key things.
