Lots of discrepancies around pay grading system, it used to be good company to work for but over last couple of years employees getting less benefits and less pay rise. When promoted to management role the salary is shocking. Trying to give the least to employees even if your performance is outstanding and the site is doing exceptionally well. Limited resources for getting any qualifications that are recognizable outside of the business. Diversity, inclusion and equity are only to show off and promote Akzo and not implemented. Still a lot to do in the area .Big differences in pay depends of the gender and nationality, slim chances for women to get into management role and if successful is well underpaid. Some senior managers micromanaging and do not share them knowledge. Yearly bonus well affected due to financial performance but share holders yearly bonus not affected. That is just showing lack of integrity.
