They shut the WHOLE plant down and told the employees to stay in their control rooms while management gave the CEO a tour of the place, so he couldn't see the leaks or smell any odors while it is in operation. Surely he noticed that there was something wrong with nobody working. The equipment is 40 yrs old and is pushed to the max because management gripes about the cycle times
