Cons
Too many promises made to shareholders about cutbacks (15X20), leading to 45% of bonuses paid in 2019, and bonuses are expected to be even lower in 2020. Multiple sites have closed, leading to increased unemployment. Continued restructuring means that people are doing more with less resources, leading to more stress amongst site managers. Additionally, the restructuring makes it challenging to determine who does what. Long-time employees share that this is the lowest morale has ever been. If applying for a job, ask a lot of questions about long-term outlook of both the position and the location. I additionally recommend asking about site retention and turnover percentage.
