Pros

Safety & sustainability culture genuine. Overall management style relatively human & development focused. Still a good place to work although options for progression in the UK limited for highly ambitious aiming for the highest levels

Cons

Like others have mentioned, the shift of control away from countries to "the centre" has been quite extreme and has resulted in a huge exodus of people who, on the face of it, were responsible in the UK for relatively successfully maintaining the value of the Dulux brand. The talent pool for the top layers of senior management (in Holland) do not seem to be large enough, leaving key positions unfilled, or filled with inappropriate people. An unfortunate combination with the point above.
