Pros
Having worked for Aktrion Group for 11 years (more than a third of my life :)) I have progressed from an administrator to a member of the management team. I have been given some fabulous guidance and training along the way and I get to work with a supportive team of colleagues. It's nice to be in a job where I look forward to coming to work every day.
Cons
The company is growing so fast it can be difficult to keep up with who is who :)
