Every attempt is made to hand out disciplinaries. One disciplinary or too many sick days, or whatever else they decide at the time will mean they keep your Christmas bonus. Due to the nature of the job they're struggling to take on more work without employing (sometimes cutting) staff. This leads to harder/longer shifts, with no extra pay, no extra benefits, nothing. Working hours were horrific. Some weeks you'd be doing 6am - 2/3pm two days & then the next day you're expected to do 8pm - 5am.
