There weren't really any cons

I loved worked in Aktis for more than a year. I liked the familial atmosphere in our small office with an average of 20 people. The collaboration with London is great and we had nice moment when they are visiting us. I had challenging features to achieve and space to improve quality and best practice. As Aktis is a startup, I also had space to being involve in side activities like recruitment or helping our internal users.

As a startup, the future of the company is never certain and we have to make our space in the market. As under pressure, we have sometimes have to make compromise between speed and quality but we always have space to propose change and improves processes and code.
