      Stable and consistent hours, access to the gaming industry.

      Cons

      Management is completely hands-off, no guidance. Almost expected to read everyone's minds on what to do next. Will most likely end up doing multiple jobs that are assigned to someone else but not being done. No assertion.

      Pros

      One of the best reasons to work is to gain experience in the gaming industry that offers great benefits in a casual environment.

      Cons

      The downsides are not getting paid enough for the amount of work done and many poor decisions made by higher ups.
