      It feels good knowing what you are doing is helping the organization support our community. Some coworkers were great.

      Cons

      The technology is basically non-existent. Everything is pretty manual and there is no work being done to streamline any of this. Top down management is poor- again stuck in the 90's where that was commonplace.

      Love helping others meet Community Needs. I am very enthused when it comes to setting goals, and deadlines and achieving those team goals to serve our local community in the Summit County Areas.

      Sometimes becoming unorganized within the Company Agency.
