      Pros

      Being connected to baseball is nice if you're into sports

      Cons

      16+ hour days for all salaried employees during the season. 9-5 during the offseason. Extremely low pay, like painfully low. High staff turnover. Again, I cant stress enough how little you will be paid.

      Fun atmosphere with some good people. Great ballpark.
