You are told to use and manage time and resources effectively and as you see fit to meet customer deadlines. However, you are tracked between each Dept and in- between multiple facilities. Then asked to justify what, why and where you are. No customer complaints or deadlines missed. How is this freedom complete projects as you see fit to meet customer satisfaction.
