Pros
ACH itself offers wonderful benefits, care, and an overall welcoming environment. I would and have recommended people to work within the system outside of my department.
Cons
I worked at the Mahoning Valley branch in the offices, and the boss was just terrible. Higher up management knows the problem but can't seem to get rid of this person. So bad that when I gave my two MONTHS notice, I got all but screamed at for being irresponsible. That let me know I was definitely making the right choice to leave.
