Akridge is has a healthy culture that encourages professional growth, team work, and camaraderie. Everyone is industrious and they take what they do very seriously. They will push you to do great work, but you will be fairly compensated and they give you everything you need to be successful.

Only downside is that Akridge does not close so it can make coordinating coverage schedules with fellow staff members difficult.

head of hr is a joke. dont tell her anything or she will tell everyone else in the company. spends most of her time hiring her kids friends and flirting with the young men in the company. head of property management needs to learn how to manage. her people skills are the worst.
