Pros

- You get to work with some of the brightest and most innovative minds in the industry. - Personal growth is not just encouraged but expected. - The company is very focussed and it reflects. In some of my previous jobs I have often found myself wondering "I hope some one has a plan". But not here at Akosha. - There is so much work just waiting to be picked up by anyone. I see these as opportunities to develop new skills and contribute more to the growth of the organization. - Employees are valued. I have seen the higher management go the extra mile to retain people. - The company has built an academic (Read nerdy) culture. The CEO himself takes "lectures" on some very helpful topics. The topics range from Internet, SEO, venture capital to philosophy to patent law- Essentially anything and everything. These lectures are recorded for the future employees. I have found these sessions very useful.

Cons

- Work life balance is rather limited. It sucks to have to come to office on a Saturday.

Hey Thanks for the good words. Having bright and innovative minds like you work at Akosha is the main reason why Akosha is doing so well. In the end, Startup = Growth, and thus, growth is an imperative. Yes, there is a plan, and if it gets executed well (which it will), there is no stopping us from becoming an awesome company! A great company is built upon the foundation of great people. Of course we'd like to keep the best with us for a long long time. And yes, nerd power FTW! :D We know that coming to work on Saturdays can sometimes be a drag, but that is what is required to fulfill the mission. Whatever it takes! Great advice; special care would be taken to keep the culture super strong. Heroism fails, processes don't. Building robust internal processes is on top of the agenda. Cheers!
