The leadership team is highly professional, approachable, and genuinely cares about employees’ growth and wellbeing. Communication is open and transparent, and teamwork is highly valued across the company. Akoni also provides opportunities to develop real skills, gain hands-on experience, and contribute to meaningful projects, creating a great learning environment as well as a positive professional workplace.

Honestly, I didn’t experience any major cons.

I’ve had a wonderful experience working at Akoni Technologies. The company offers a great work-life balance, with flexible working hours and the option for remote work. The management genuinely cares about employee growth and development. I was provided with opportunities to learn new technologies and participate in challenging projects, which greatly enhanced my skill set. Since Akoni Technologies is premier partner of ServiceNow, all employees got unlimited access to ServiceNow nowlearning courses. They sponsored for my certifications. The work culture is inclusive and collaborative, with open communication at all levels. I felt supported by both my peers and leadership, who were always open to feedback and focused on creating a positive work environment. Team-building activities and regular check-ins made the workplace feel like a community.
