- Open dialog with leadership team, doesn’t feel hierarchical. - Nice office space - People are sociable - If you work hard, you’re rewarded financially very well - Good support from Manager - Good progression pathways, very clear - Ceo (Callum) is a decent person who genuinely cares about the people and the business

- Long hours which are expected with recruitment

- Plenty of opportunities internally - Excellent internal training & coaching on a monthly basis no matter your level - Great office environment, top of the range equipment - Lots of fun perks including weekly deliveroo allowance, quarterly lunch clubs at high-end restaurants, annual high rollers trip (Dubai, Ibiza etc), annual top biller holiday (Barbados, Seychelles, Mauritius) - If you're a high achiever you will make a lot of money

Cons

If you're not cut out for sales then you will likely not have a great time. This is a results based business.
