Pros
The people here really make the company, from the phenomenal execs to the co-workers, the culture there is one of fun, acceptance, and working together as a cohesive team to create the best situations for each and every customer.
Cons
The training when I first arrived wasn't as organized and a bit overwhelming however, it has steadily gotten better as processes are updated, and captured in more user-friendly fashion. There is a 401k (pro!) however, no employer match (con).
