Pros

Unlimited PTO, great people, close enough to the square to enjoy all the downtown perks. Once you are part of the team here you will feel like family.. meaning that you could find a couple lifelong friends here, or be a living character of the best live-action drama/soap opera of your life kinda family. Small enough of a company to get your hands on the process and impact the processes that move the needle on a day to day basis.

Cons

Accountability was always promised from senior leadership and never enforced or proven; lots from CEO and leadership promised and never delivered. Always in survival mode. Unreasonable expectations around project delivery across the board -- software products, marketing, long shot deals or even implementations. Sales unable to forecast much at all leading to poor foresight and planning. Everything last minute, terrible pipeline, several members of the sales team not interested in anything beyond lunch appointments. Senior leadership willing to do anything to keep the sinking ship above water, leads to rash, uniformed decisions, laying off the wrong people, etc. this will keep this company on a rocky path.
