      Pros

      Good supervisor, lots of work, there was always something to work on, tools were provided and decent pay

      Cons

      Upper management horrible at providing employees with the tools and things they need to do their job, they will not give you two or more weeks notice if your being laid off due to cut backs, we lost 5 mechanics in one day

      Pros

      Hard to say any if at all. I get a paycheck (that took months to be paid correctly)

      Cons

      No wage increase despite others making way over SCA limits, no adjustments for cost of living, same people recognized for doing bare minimum, insurance premiums are insane, no allowance for unpaid leave, PM totally unaware of what even happens on the contract, no one in upper management takes accountability for mistakes and contractors are blamed, many inadequate hires made just to have a warm body
