      I love serving my country I that doing my job seriously Mechanical Engineering can fix anything

      Bad leadership Management has no clue of what's going on Civil Engineering is a joke, very new to Management as of October 1 2024 AKIMA INTRA is not ready to complete the task of keeping our Air Force Bases sustainable

      Hard to say any if at all. I get a paycheck (that took months to be paid correctly)

      Cons

      No wage increase despite others making way over SCA limits, no adjustments for cost of living, same people recognized for doing bare minimum, insurance premiums are insane, no allowance for unpaid leave, PM totally unaware of what even happens on the contract, no one in upper management takes accountability for mistakes and contractors are blamed, many inadequate hires made just to have a warm body
