      Pros

      Working for the company is great! The VP is very involved and often visits the base to socialize with her employees. This position does not receive any profit sharing like other companies do but employees do get an annual review and raise.

      Cons

      Base access and Secret clearance is required for this position.

      Pros

      Rational, problem-solving focused, and minimal interference in work.

      Cons

      Can be pragmatic to the point of cold-heartedness. Due to being cost-focused, contract was significantly underbid and understaffed, leading to stretching of resources. Benefits are very minimal.
