      I really don’t have any good reasons right now I can’t think of anything blah blah blah you must include 39 words in this

      No ac in the building the fans still are broken the equipment doesn’t get the maintenance it needs management is not that good

      Pros

      Hard to say any if at all. I get a paycheck (that took months to be paid correctly)

      Cons

      No wage increase despite others making way over SCA limits, no adjustments for cost of living, same people recognized for doing bare minimum, insurance premiums are insane, no allowance for unpaid leave, PM totally unaware of what even happens on the contract, no one in upper management takes accountability for mistakes and contractors are blamed, many inadequate hires made just to have a warm body
