      Pros

      It has been a great place to work. People are friendly and welling to help new people to get settled in to their positions and start contributing to the team. Supervisors take care of their employees.

      Cons

      Acquiring new tools that tools would improve work quality are difficult to obtain. Management does not always want to add new process even if the costs are resonable

      Pros

      Hard to say any if at all. I get a paycheck (that took months to be paid correctly)

      Cons

      No wage increase despite others making way over SCA limits, no adjustments for cost of living, same people recognized for doing bare minimum, insurance premiums are insane, no allowance for unpaid leave, PM totally unaware of what even happens on the contract, no one in upper management takes accountability for mistakes and contractors are blamed, many inadequate hires made just to have a warm body
